About Us
All businesses need to deal with uncertainty and risk. Businesses have data and need assistance in analysing and making sense of the information available to them.
Criterion Consulting was founded with the aim of providing actuarial and data consulting services to entities that require insight into the complex processes that impact their business. Such entities include insurers, banks, captives, reinsurers, regulators, bureaus, associations, third-party administrators, agents and brokers. In legal matters we assist clients by providing an independent quantification of the damages suffered.
Management philosophy
We operate on a lean basis and allocate resources to projects as the need arises. This ensures that clients are only billed for the time required for the project. By minimizing overheads we are able to provide industry leading rates for our resources. We typically have team leaders for each of our projects. These team leaders are domain experts with a wealth of experience.
